Our primary mission is to set our customers at ease in making what may very well be their biggest financial decision. Whether
it be buying a home, selling a home, for Investment, HUD, 1031's or
Commercial properties, rest assured that AMOR Realty will perform in
the best professional manner to achieve the goals of it's customers. We
will aggressively market their home for sale. We
will let the customers make up their own mind and make their own
decision in the purchase of a new home. We will not attempt to pressure
our customers in making their home purchasing decision.
AMOR Realty's Qualifying Broker
-AMOR Realty is owned and operated by Alex W. Morgan since October 6, 2003.
-Alex W. Morgan was initially licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in 1988.
-He is a native Albuquerquean. He attended St. Therese, Inez Elementary, Monroe Junior High, Sandia High, Albuquerque Business College, UNM, and University of Albuquerque.
-He enlisted in the U. S. Navy during the Vietnam Crisis and honorably served from 2-1-65 to 2-11-69.

AMOR Realty's first full year of business was 2004. During that year AMOR was able to transact over $2,000,000.00 worth of property sales!
In its second full year of business in 2005 AMOR
Realty has transacted over $5,500,000.00 worth of property
transactions. So how does AMOR Realty account for such success in such
a short period of time? With a highly volatile and competitive marketplace, how did AMOR Realty do so well with over 4,000 agents to compete against?
AMOR
Realty does not attempt to push home-buyers into making a rash
decision, nor do we take advantage of people that wish to sell their
home. We do not make telephone cold calls; solicit door-to-door; pass
out flyers/brochures; or go to the malls and pass out business cards.
Quite simply, just about all of our property sales have come from referrals. This company is based upon strong Christian ethical values. We offer professionalism, high integrity, honesty, experience, patience, and sound judgment. This
broker treats his clients the way that he would expect his child, his
